I had one but I ditched it, totally forgetting that the requirement is what gives you the +12, so it'd be constant -5 w/o req.. yarrrgh.
No idea on price~. |

They're only worth anything if the base energy is 3. Then they give you a net -2 energy, which you can use to hide energy or take Wither / Malaise off of yourself.
A 12 energy focus with that mod is just a bad 7 energy focus, you won't find any takers for it. Peace, -CxE
